Full Disinfection Protocol

  • Full cleaning between every client including: UV light Disinfectant, Ionizer, HEPA Filter
  • Clients are not required to wear a mask.
  • Therapist will wear a multi layer water proof mask.

Policies

>> WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT:

  • Unconditional positive regard for all. All interaction will be respectful & professional.
  • <Full attention & efforts will be offered to every client’s specific needs, every session.
  • Confidential & accurate records to be kept current & referenced before each session.
  • Proper draping will be used at all times. Only the specific area receiving work will be uncovered.
  • Informed treatment & verbal contract will exist for each session. Clients will have an opportunity to agree to or deny any service after explanation has been provided.
  • No medical insurance billing.

>> WHAT CLIENTS NEED TO KNOW:

  • Clients are expected to be healthy enough to receive massage or participate in physical activity. This includes being free of fever, intoxication, &/or communicable conditions. Doctor’s clearance may be required.
  • Clients are expected to observe proper hygiene.
  • All clients must provide updated medical history & complete intake information initial intake interview.
  • All services are of a non-sexual nature.
  • All sessions are intended to start & stop at scheduled times. “On-site” and 1st Time Clients are expected to be available 20 minutes before start time to provide intake information & allow for set-up. Client tardiness diminishes session time.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for entire treatment. No exceptions.
  • Clients are expected to provide session with full, uninterrupted attention.
  • Payment in cash or check is expected at time of services.
  • Complimentary Aromatherapy available upon request.
  • Please allow 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid penalty charges.
